Refunds depend on project stage.

Before work begins

Fees or deposits may be refundable in Indian rupees (INR) if cancellation happens before sourcing, sampling, tooling or production work starts.

After sourcing starts

Costs already incurred for material pulls, supplier coordination, artwork preparation, freight, molds, tooling or sample labor are non-refundable.

Sample revisions

If a sample does not match the approved brief due to supplier error, we coordinate correction or replacement according to the written project scope.

Bulk production

Bulk deposits are generally non-refundable after purchase orders, raw material booking or factory line allocation. Defect claims are handled through agreed QC terms.
