Samples
Sample timelines begin after scope, artwork, material direction and any required deposits are confirmed. Revisions may change cost and timing.
Production
Bulk production begins only after written approval of sample, bill of materials, quantity, price, delivery window and quality standard.
Confidentiality
Project briefs, tech packs, artwork, supplier details and commercial terms should be treated as confidential unless both parties agree otherwise.
